"Honestly I’d give Will Mchugh 10/10 if I could! I hate dealing with insurance, but he made the experience so easy to understand. He was extremely patient with my inexperience and so enthusiastic about finding me a good deal. "Last weekend, I went online and obtained a quote for auto insurance and renters insurance. I saved them, and figured I would come back to it at a later time. Will got with me a day or two later and was willing to help me through the process of switching insurance companies. I got busy, but eventually called him back 30 minutes before he was to get off work. Will walked me through the insurance quote and was working on the renters quote, until I advised it was 5 and I didn't want to keep him late. Will implored me it was no big deal and he was willing to stay as late as he needed to help me get situated and answer all my questions. After some heavy convincing on my part, we reconvened in the morning and we sealed the deal on an amazing insurance policy and most importantly saved me a ton of money. Will, thank you so much for your time. Your customer service skills are fantastic and are very pleasant to work with. Additionally, your knowledge of the policies are very evident because you can break down even the most confusing aspects of insurance policies so a lay person understands. All round this was a fantastic experience, and made car insurance and renters insurance buying a complete breeze!!!"
